In Queensland, the Planning and Environment Court (P&E) hears matters relating to planning and development, protection for the environment and coasts, marine parks, conservation areas, and more. Understanding the process and how to start a proceeding can sometimes be difficult to know without experiencing it firsthand. This short course will give you a base level of knowledge on how the Planning and Environment Court works, what is required, and how to start proceedings.
