Qld Koala Planning Provisions Course – Part 1

This Part 1 course aims to give provide a base level knowledge for development planning, assessment and management practitioners and consultants. It will give you the knowledge and tools to identify risk, likely planning approval triggers and regulatory expectations for property development over any given site with respect to the Koala Planning Provisions.


Traditional and Character housing in Brisbane

This course aims to arm you with the knowledge to identify a character house, age it accurately using all methods available, identify what is and is not assessable, how to comply with the relevant assessment benchmarks and how to pull that all together to be able to gain approval from Council for your proposed works.


Planning Appeals (Qld) – Part 1

In Queensland, the Planning and Environment Court (P&E) hears matters relating to planning and development, protection for the environment and coasts, marine parks, conservation areas, and more. Understanding the process and how to start a proceeding can sometimes be difficult to know without experiencing it firsthand. This short course will give you a base level of knowledge on how the Planning and Environment Court works, what is required, and how to start proceedings.


Town Planning 101 (Qld)

This course is for anyone wanting to get a general grasp on the town planning process in Queensland. Ideal for anyone looking at undertaking a development application or is wanting to get into property development. It focuses on the Development Assessment process but will be helpful for anyone to understand the planning system in Queensland.
